3. Computer Brand we used HP, Printer is Canon and TV Set from Haier (we will give futher notify if we change brand)
4. Easy spare parts like USB power line, insurance tube we will sent together with whole machine for future replacement, for other spare parts belongs to chargeble Range if replacement, Express cost beared by Buyer
5. If the Parts can be Repair, we will not charge cost for Repair, but come and back Express cost on Buyer side-Insurance will not covered with any Shipment Except for buyer Special Mentioned
6. Generally Clear customs Documents we only supply Bill of loading, packing list and Commercial Invoice, if any special documents need like CO kindly Inform us in advance, otherwise we will not responsible for loose during clear customs

A: We have an independent QC team. Our QC teams do sample inspection, part inspection during production and 100% final inspection before the shipment.

A:The lead time of our machine is 7-10 days. When you order more, we need to check the production schedule.

A: Yes, we can, some customers prefer that use their Logo, their color. And we are glad to help them open their market.
Q: What is the warranty time?
A: Warranty time is 12 months. Parts have free replacement when damaged during this time.
